James Somerville
Born in 1936 at Cowdenbeath, Fife, James graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 1960 and went to pursue a successful career in teaching and educational development with the Scottish Department of Education. Following his retirement he dedicated his time to painting from his studio and home in Edinburgh.
